Registration Fees

Contractor/project owner pricing applies only to full-time employees of construction, architecture, and engineering firms, or individuals actively managing the risks and insurance programs for their employers' construction projects.

Eligible Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA) contractor members receive a 15 percent discount off the Contractor/Project Owner registration price.

Registration closes on Saturday, October 24, at noon (CDT).

On-site registration is offered October 25–28 for $3,000 if space allows (no discounts).

An optional pre-Conference full-day seminar on October 25, Commercial Liability Insurance for Contractors, is offered for an additional $199.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made after Friday, August 21, 2026, will incur a 50 percent cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made after Friday, September 18, 2026, will incur a 100 percent cancellation fee.
  • "No-show" registrants are not eligible for a refund.

HOW TO CANCEL: Cancellations may only be made by modifying your registration online. You will need the confirmation number found in your registration confirmation email. Your cancellation is valid when you receive a cancellation confirmation from IRMI.

Substitutions

A one-time request for substitution of your registration may be submitted to  Registration@IRMI.com by Friday, September 18, 2026, without an additional fee. After Friday, September 18, 2026, a $50 replacement fee will be charged to your credit card. If the substitute does not qualify for a discount applied to the original registrant, the difference in registration fees will also apply.
