When and where is the IRMI Construction Risk Conference (CRC) taking place?

The Conference takes place at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, October 25–28, 2026. The hotel address is 201 Waterfront St., National Harbor, MD, 20745.

The Gaylord National Harbor serves as the host hotel for all Conference functions as well as provide sleeping rooms. 

What is the hotel room rate?

The IRMI Discounted Room Rate at Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center is $249/night + taxes/fees (single/double).

Where do I go to pick up my badge?

Follow the signs to the IRMI CRC registration desk located on the Chesapeake Foyer of the hotel in the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center to pick up your badge.

Where can I find an online floor plan of the Conference space?

You can find an online floor  Conference space in the Conference mobile app. Under the "More" tab, click "Floor Plan" and a Conference floorplan is available to view.

Where do I view the agenda for the Conference?

The Conference agenda can be viewed on the IRMI CRC website, as well as in the Conference mobile app.

How do I download the Conference mobile app?

Follow these easy steps.

  • Download the "Cvent Events" app
  • Once downloaded, open your app and search for "2026 IRMI CRC"
  • Click the download icon on the right of the event
  • Enter the event ID: IRMICRC46
  • Click "Download event" 
  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
  • Click "Next"
  • Check your inbox for an email titled "Verification code" from Registration@IRMI.com
  • Enter the verification code to complete your login

The Conference mobile app is only accessible to registered attendees

How do I access the Attendee Hub website?

  • Visit the Attendee Hub website
  • Enter your First Name, Last Name, and Email Address
  • Click "Next"
  • Check your inbox for an email titled "Verification code" from Registration@IRMI.com
  • Enter the verification code to complete your login

The Attendee Hub is the web version of the Conference mobile app.

Do I need to add breakout sessions to my agenda in order to attend them?

All breakout sessions except IRMI Boot Camp are first-come first-served.  Adding a session to your agenda does not guarantee admission to the session.  When a session reaches capacity it will be closed so arrive early to secure your spot.  

We do encourage you to add sessions to your agenda for your own scheduling purposes.

How do I access breakout session handouts in the Conference mobile app and Attendee Hub?

  • The first step is to add the session to your schedule in the mobile app or Attendee Hub website.
  • On the menu bar, select "Schedule," then select "All Sessions." Next, click the plus sign on the session to add it to your schedule. Then, click on the session title from your schedule.

 

  • On the mobile app, look for "Resources" toward the bottom.
  • On the Attendee Hub website, click "Resources" on the right-hand side of the page.

*Handouts are typically available a week prior to the start of the Conference.

How do I add sessions to my schedule?

📱 Option 1: Use the Cvent Mobile App

  1. Download the "Cvent Events" app
  2. Open the app and search for "2026 IRMI CRC"
  3. Tap the download icon next to the event
  4. Enter the event ID: IRMICRC46
  5. Tap "Download Event" Note: The app is only accessible to registered attendees.
  6. Select Schedule
  7. Select all Sessions 
  8. Click the plus (+) icon next to any session to add it to your schedule


💻 Option 2: Visit the
Attendee Hub website.

  1. Navigate to the Schedule tab in the menu bar
  2. Select "All Sessions"
  3. Click the plus (+) icon next to any session to add it to your schedule

 

How do I add the Pre-Con Course after registration?

To add the Pre-Conference Seminar to your existing registration, please follow the steps below:
 

  1. Visit the registration website and select "Already Registered" in the top-right corner.
  2. Enter the email address used during registration along with your confirmation number.
  3. Select "Modify Registration."
  4. Click Next until you reach Page 4: Admission Items.
  5. Scroll down and select Pre-Conference Seminar – Commercial Liability Insurance for Contractors.
  6. Click Next and continue through the registration process until you reach Page 7: Payment.
  7. Complete your payment to finalize the addition of the seminar.

How do I view an attendee list?

The attendee list is available to view in real-time through the Conference mobile app, under the "Attendees" tab, or on the Attendee Hub website. You can view their name, title, and company on this list. In addition, you can reach out to those attendees directly through the app or website and engage with them prior to the start of the Conference.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the Conference?

Wi-Fi is available during the Conference in the common spaces. Wi-Fi login information will be displayed throughout the Conference, as well as on the back of your Conference badge. If you are an exhibitor and have additional internet requirements, you will coordinate this with our Exhibitor Services Provider.

Where are the sponsor Private Meeting Program (PMP) rooms located?

You can find PMP rooms in the Chesapeake and National Harbor conference spaces of the Conference host hotel (Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center). Follow the signage directing to the PMP areas of the hotel. In the Conference mobile app, you can view the "Gaylord National Floor Plan" under the menu options. From there, you can view which sponsors are on which floors by tapping on the pinned locations.

Where are the NexTech Exhibitor kiosks located this year? 

Kiosks are located in both the Potomac and Maryland Foyers on the ballroom level of the hotel. Exhibitors will be available to connect with attendees Monday from 12:00 - 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

I plan on bringing a guest who is not attending the Conference. Can I purchase a Guest Pass? 

If you would like to purchase a Guest Pass for your spouse or significant other to attend the IRMI evening social event(s), please enter their information during the registration process on the "Add a Guest" page. These passes are not applicable to coworkers, clients, or colleagues.  

  • $149 during online registration (online registration ends October 24 at noon (CDT)) 
  • $199 on-site (Oct 25–28)  

Please note: Guest Passes will only allow a guest into the IRMI evening social event(s). No discounts are available on Guest Passes. The fee will be added to your total on the payment page.

Who do I contact if I have questions or need assistance on-site?

How do we access our sponsor registration discount codes?

The primary contacts for your company sponsorship received an introduction email with sponsor discount and benefit information titled "2026 IRMI CRC Sponsor Introduction" from Eric Mitchell, IRMI Sponsorship Coordinator. Please consult with your primary contacts on available discounts for your company.

How do we reserve hotel rooms for our non-registered attendees?

In your sponsor portal, you have a task labeled Submit Hotel Room List. You will see detailed instructions on how to complete and submit your hotel room list.

How do non-registered attendees access the Private Meeting Program (PMP) rooms?

Non-registered attendees who desire to enter the PMP rooms must pick up a PMP badge from the registration desk by providing an ID and/or business card. The badge will give access to all PMP rooms; however, this will not grant access to general sessions, breakout sessions, meals, or social functions at the Conference. Once an attendee is finished in the PMP space for the day, please return the badge to the registration desk.

Are sponsors provided with display tables at the Conference?

Sponsors are not provided individual display tables. Sponsors wanting to display a single handout or tchotchke are offered limited space on a set of display tables that is set on the third floor.

Is Wi-Fi available at the Conference? 

Wi-Fi is available during the Conference in the common spaces. Wi-Fi login information will be displayed throughout the Conference, as well as on the back of your Conference badge. If you are an exhibitor and have additional internet requirements, you will coordinate this with our Exhibitor Services Provider.

Are there additional marketing and promotional resources for IRMI CRC sponsors?

How do I view an attendee list?

The attendee list is available to view in real-time through the Conference mobile app, under the "Attendees" tab. You can view their name, title and company on this list. In addition, you can reach out to those attendees directly through the app and engage with them prior to the start of the Conference. There are also Excel versions of the attendee list provided via email during select timeframes; typically 8, 4, and 2 weeks prior to the Conference. However, those Excel lists cannot be requested individually as they are only sent out as scheduled. A final attendee list will be available approximately 1 week post-Conference.

What does my kiosk look like?

All exhibitor kiosks will be identical with respective graphics for each company. These are not traditional 10x10 booth spaces you may have seen at other trade shows. When you plan for set up and break down, all you need to worry about are the materials you bring to place at your kiosk; we handle the rest! Where are the NexTech kiosks located?

The NexTech exhibit is located at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. Exhibitor kiosks will be in both Potomac and Maryland Foyers.

When can I start setting up my kiosk?

Exhibitors may begin setting up their kiosks on Sunday, October 25 at 12:00 p.m. If you are unable to arrive Sunday, you can begin setting up Monday morning anytime before 12:00 p.m.

When can I start breaking down my kiosk?

Exhibitors may begin breaking down their kiosks on Tuesday, October 27 at 4:00 p.m.

What are the exhibit hours for the conference?

Exhibit hours are Monday, October 26 from 12:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. and Tuesday, October 27 from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Because this is not a traditional expo hall, exhibitors can be present at their kiosks during any time within the hours listed above. Suggested times would be during scheduled breaks and lunch hours where attendees will have time to stop by and visit. Desserts with Exhibitors on Monday at 12:30 p.m. will provide an initial introduction and dedicated time to visit the NexTech exhibit.  We encourage all exhibitors to engage with attendees as they pass by the exhibitor kiosks.

Is there electric provided for my kiosk?

Electric and power strips is provided for each exhibitor kiosk,

Will I be provided a monitor on my kiosk?

Exhibitors have 32 inch monitors provided and mounted on to their kiosks. You are able to display video or graphics as you wish on the monitors. Exhibitor services will be on site to assist with any technical needs.

Do I need to provide any graphic designs for my kiosk?

No. All graphic designs for exhibitor kiosks will be provided by IRMI. Designs are shared with each exhibitor for approval. Designs to be the same to maintain continuity in conference branding.

Can I bring additional signage for my kiosk?

Exhibitors may bring one to two pop-up banners for additional signage. Please avoid bringing large fabric expandable signs as that can potentially affect the visibility of other exhibitors near you.

Can I bring a demo display to set up on my kiosk?

You are welcome to bring a demo set up to display. Keep in mind that the counter space on your kiosk is about 3.5 feet wide  and 2 feet deep. Please avoid any oversized machinery or potentially  hazardous objects.

Do I have a booth number for my kiosk?

Each exhibitor is assigned a booth/kiosk number. However, all kiosks are lined up right outside of the Potomac and Maryland Foyers of the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center. All kiosks are placed in high foot-traffic spaces and favorable distance between one another.
